We want you to love your custom fasion from Piksel Art Trend. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidlines below.
✅ Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Customized, wearable art, or pixel art patches are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or style (if available).
Exchange requests must be made within the 14-day return window.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
